MONAG requires all its manufacturers to comply with these issues. MONAG personnel visit the factories offshore frequently to ensure workplace compliance.

Child & Forced Labor MONAG will choose only manufacturers who provide their employees with a safe and healthy workplace in compliance with local laws. MONAG will not knowingly partner with manufacturers that

• use the labor of persons under the age of 14 regardless of the law of the country
• use forced or other compulsory labor in the manufacture of products intended for our customers.

Fair Wages MONAG will use only manufacturers who are committed to the payment of fair wage and benefit levels that address the basic needs of workers and their families so far as possible in light of national practices and conditions.
